Sweaney contracted with Wallace & Smith General Contractors to provide the lath & plaster work at the Grand Islands Village project in Bakersfield Ca. This project included 5 buildings dedicated to retail spaces, a CVS pharmacy & a Chevron quick mart & gas station.
